About

Can I Vibe? tracks the availability of the AI services developers depend on — model APIs and AI coding tools such as Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Cursor and GitHub Copilot — and exposes that status to an assistant.

Tools:
- ai_provider_status — current status overview across tracked AI providers.
- check_provider_health — detailed health of one provider, including active incidents.

Typical use: an agent hits repeated errors and checks whether the model provider is having an outage before retrying or switching providers; or you simply ask "Is Claude down right now?"

Who it is for: developers and agents that rely on hosted AI APIs and coding assistants.

Notes: free, no account needed. Status reflects public status pages and monitoring; it is informational, not an SLA.

Tools (2)

  • ai_provider_status

Get the live status of AI coding providers (Claude, OpenAI, Copilot, Cursor, OpenRouter and more). Returns status, how long each provider has been in its current state, and last check time. Pass service_id for one provider, omit it for all.

  • check_provider_health

Check whether one or more AI coding providers are healthy enough to use right now. Returns healthy=true only when every requested provider is operational (or within the allowed statuses). Use this before starting work that depends on a provider, or to decide which provider to route to.
